Join Us for a Preview of Winter Brews!

Winter is upon us!

Though I can’t stand cold weather, it is certainly one of my favorite beer seasons. I look forward to checking out the many limited releases and seasonals that hit the shelves and pubs during this time of the year.  Sounds like the perfect occasion for a party, right?! To celebrate the holiday season and a few special brews, I’m hosting a Winter Beer Pairing.

Pairing beer with food is actually much easier than many people think. When pairing food with beer, begin by matching strength for strength. It’s a quick and easy way to rule out mismatched pairings. Think: Light dishes go best with lighter beers while robust foods work best with assertive beers. Matching strength for strength puts your beer and food on the same page, so to speak.

Following this and other tips from The Chick’s Guide to Beer, I’m excited to share my 4 favorite winter brews with you. I’ve collaborated with Chef Lyles to pair them with 4 delicious brunch bites. Take a look at this kicka$$ menu!

The Tracy Nicole studio will serve as the perfect backdrop for this exclusive Winter Beer Pairing event. I’ve known Tracy since high school…for over 28 years! Her passion for design and fashion rivals my love of beer. I’m so proud of what she’s done to gain success and to follow her dreams. I think her studio will serve as the perfect backdrop! Peruse her amazing showroom while you sip on deelish brews and brunch bites. Tracy Nicole designs for men, women and children. She’ll highlight select pieces perfect for this gift-giving season or for your special holiday party. As a gift to all guests, Tracy Nicole will offer a special discount. You won’t want to miss this invitation-only event!

Space is limited – RSVP for the winter beer tasting here. Cheers!
